Fight The Urge (Don’t Cut)

Here are a few things you can do to help fight the urge.

  • Writing (Write what’s going on)
  • Music
  • Draw on your body with a red marker or pen
  • Wrist banging
  • Running
  • Take a walk
  • Work out
  • Talking to someone
  • Snap a rubber band against your wrist
  • Glitter Jar
