THIS BLOG MAY BE TRIGGERING.

I am not promoting self-injury. I only want people to realize that they are not alone in their battle with depression and self-injury. As well as to have people truly understand the addiction and struggle that come along with self-mutilation.

I am not a professional. My information and advice come from my own experiences or personal research I have done.

The purpose of this blog is to allow people to have an outlet and express themselves through writing. Writing can help unburden the soul and momentarily put to rest consuming feelings.
